The BCIM Campaign will require participants to answer a 100% online company-wide Employee Engagement survey of your white-collar workforce. Participants will be provided with an in-depth report across 7 key functional areas measuring employees’ general alignment with company strategy to assessing the overall satisfaction with management and leadership in the business. 

The 2020 Employee Engagement Survey will also include a special Covid-19 section. This section aims to measure the overall satisfaction and opinion of the members of the organization with regard to how the company has been dealing with the COVID-19 crisis.
